Pour at a Booth

2025 festival booth details coming soon!

Join fellow beverage alcohol producers with a festival booth. Get your brands in front of more than 40,000 adoring fans over the course of three sessions. You will have the opportunity to serve up to five beers via draught or packaged product from your space, and the opportunity to serve one additional packaged non-alcohol and/or “beyond beer” product (Cider, Ready to Drink (RTD) Cocktails (Cider and RTD cocktails must be distributed in Colorado), seltzer, hard soda, hard tea, hard kombucha, other malt-based beverages). Only beer or cider containing alcohol may be served via draught at brewery booths. Breweries wishing to serve more than one non-alcohol or “beyond beer” product can substitute those products (packaged only) for standard beer entries during the registration process. Breweries registering for a booth are asked to send a minimum of 2 to 3 brands to be served at their space and provide booth staff for each session of the festival (additional volunteer assistance is available for in-line pouring spaces).

We make the process as easy as possible by providing access to the MicroStar keg program for no-cost access to kegs for festival beers. We also work to alleviate shipping costs for your festival beers by providing over 25 different festival beer drop-off points that will consolidate your beer shipments and send them to the festival on your behalf.

* Pricing for breweries registering for a festival booth after June 2 will be $150 for Brewers Association members, and $300 for non-members. Breweries registering after June 2 are not eligible for the free GABF 2024 competition entry.

Volunteer Servers

Want to have a booth presence at GABF but can’t commit enough representatives to fully staff a booth for all sessions of the festival? No worries, we’ve got you covered! Our more than 4,000 happy, friendly, beer-loving volunteers are ready to assist your staff and help pour at your booth! Just let us know which sessions your staff representatives might need volunteer assistance with when registering for your space.

Meet The Brewer Booth

A Meet The Brewer space gives your staff the opportunity to interact directly with your fans. Meet The Brewer booths are provided with larger pouring spaces and additional credentials to accommodate more staff members. These spaces are required to have members of the brewing team pouring your beers at all times (no volunteers provided). Available to BA members only.

Registration cost includes a 8′ pouring table and up to 7 festival badges for booth staff. Meet The Brewer booths should be staffed with brewery representatives at all times.

Featured Beverage Producer Booth
