May 13 – June 3 Early Festival Booth Registration for BA Members Only: Brewers Association brewery members who register early will receive a free pouring space and a comped entry in the 2025 GABF competition! RTD producers can register during this time at a cost of $250 for an inline pouring table.
June 3 – July 11 Festival Booth Registration open for all makers ($150 for BA Brewery Members / $300 for non-members)
July 11 Deadline to request MicroStar Kegs
*Makers registering after this deadline must send their own kegs or case product to the festival
July 25 Deadline for festival booth cancellation. No refunds will be given for booths or badges that are cancelled after this date.
August 8 Deadline for festival makers to modify festival beverages. Any changes made after August 8 may not be reflected online or in onsite signage.
Last Week of August MicroStar Kegs arrive to makers (by request)
TBD – Late Sept. Festival beverages (kegs & cases) due to chosen drop off points

October 9-11 Great American Beer Festival

Makers Badge Pickup Schedule

Pickup Process

  • A valid photo ID is required to pick up any credential.
  • Individuals whose names have been associated with a specific credential will be allowed to pick up only their one credential.
  • OR the main GABF contact for the beverage alcohol producer will be allowed to pick up any/all credentials for that business.

Wednesday, October 9, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

If you have a ticket to the Brewers’ Gathering, this will be a separate ticket. A credential will not allow access to the Brewers Gathering.  You will need to pick up your ticket prior to 7:00 pm on Wednesday in order to attend the Brewers’ Gathering. The Brewers Gathering will take place in the Bellco Lobby / Lower Lobby D in the Colorado Convention Center.

**Saturday credential Pickup Last call @ 3:00 pm

Check-in closes at 3:00 pm on Saturday afternoon. Credentials not picked up by that time will not be available for pickup.
