We encourage all companies to have a table and be on hand to talk to their fans, but we understand that this isn’t always possible. Can’t commit to attending? By sending product to be served at GABF, you can still have a presence at the festival and promote your brand.
How to Donate
Donated products (with no pouring table) are managed through the online festival registration process. Donated product areas include:
- Non-alcohol (NA) Beverage Bars: Each experience area will have a non-alcohol beverage bar. Even if you have a pouring table, consider sending additional NA beverages to be served in these locations.
- Wish We Were Here: This area is designed for those who couldn’t pour at the festival in person but would like their beverages featured. Companies can register to send up to two different brands of packaged product to be served at Wish We Were Here. The product can be sent via one of our 25-plus drop-off points or shipped directly to Colorado.
- Heavy Medal: Have you recently won a medal at GABF or World Beer Cup and would like to have that beer featured among other award-winning beers? You can register to send up to two of your award-winning beers (packaged product only) to be served at the Heavy Medal taproom.
- Themed Area Bars: Each experience area will have a themed bar where you can opt to have your themed beers poured, even if you don’t have a pouring table.
- Pro-AM: Breweries that enter the 2024 GABF Pro-AM competition must send those beers to be poured at the Pro-AM booth at the festival.
- Collaboration: Breweries that enter the 2024 GABF Collaboration competition are asked to send those beers to be poured at the Collaboration booth at the festival.
- Gluten-Free Garden: Companies that produce gluten-free beverages can opt to send their products to be featured at the Gluten-Free Garden.
These areas will be staffed by our amazing festival volunteers. Be sure to send sell sheets/information so the volunteers can talk to attendees and act as your onsite representative.
