PAIRED unites independent craft breweries with acclaimed chefs from across the country to celebrate the intricacies and possibilities of pairing beer and food.
What makes it special: Guests enjoy uniquely designed small bites perfectly paired with craft beer found nowhere else at the festival. The atmosphere is upscale yet relaxed, with ample room to wander and savor, as well as chat with chefs and brewers.
Behind the scenes: Brewers Association Executive Chef Adam Dulye is the mastermind behind PAIRED. Long at the forefront of beer and food pairing, Dulye is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park and has helmed several kitchens in craft beer-centric locations such as Boulder and Vail, Colorado, and Portland, Oregon. Dulye is the author of The Beer Pantry: Cooking at the Intersection of Craft Beer and Great Food, and co-author of the CraftBeer.com Beer & Food Course
